A week after winning the Grand Prix in La Bagnaia, Italy, Laura Renwick claimed another clutch of wins at the Palermo CSI*** show in Italy.

She started off the show with a first day 1.40m two-phase win on Softrack Beluga II and followed it with victory in a €20,000 1.50m speed class with Oz De Breve.

Bad weather caused the cancellation of all of the middle day's classes. However, on Sunday, Laura took first with Sandra Keaveney's Softrack Beluga II and second with Roller Coaster III in the second €20,000 class, a 1.45m jump-off competition, of the show.

None had gone clear in the closing €90,000 Grand Prix first round and, along with other faulters, Laura made the jump-off on David Perry's Oz De Breve carrying four-faults forward. Seven were clear in this round, and Laura was just pipped by Italy's Emanuele Gaudiano (Chicago 84) to claim the runner-up spot and €18,000 in prize money.
