Silvio Mazzoni victorious in Purina Mills Grand Prix

Silvio Mazzoni of Leesburg, Virginia, and his own Remonta Habano captured their second major victory at HITS 2011. They won the $40,000 Purina Mills Grand Prix (17 July 2011), presented by Pfizer Animal Health, at HITS Culpeper. The duo also won the $25,000 SmartPak Grand Prix, at the Ocala Winter Classic.

With new footing in the arena and beautiful weather, the setting for the $40,000 Strongid C 2X Grand Prix (10 July 2011) at HITS Commonwealth Park in Culpeper, Virginia, was well suited to highlight the Showday National.

Ireland's Kevin Babington, who is based in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, could not have asked for much more as he captured the first place honors aboard his own Mark Q.
