The College (Keysoe) and Equestrian Events Ltd to join forces

Due to the imminent closure of Towerlands for redevelopment, Charley Nathan of Equestrian Events Ltd, which has been running the summer fixtures a Towerlands Park, had joined forces with The College, Keysoe, Bedfordshire.

The two companies are combining the shows planned for the winter season and both venues, but are still awaiting confirmation from British Showjumping on some qualifiers.

"Incorporating everything that was at Towerlands with the shows we run here will mean both can compliment each other," said The College director Simon Bates. "Charley has some great ideas and we are keen to work together to make The College a valued show jumping venue."

The College is will also shortly have its outdoor surface replaced with the Andrews Bowen.

"We will be taking delivery of the Andrews Bowen surface used at this year's Horse of the Year Show on 11 October," said Simon. "We replaced the surface in the indoor arena last year with the HOYS surface and it's been superb."
